Can a person who sued my wife go further with criminal charges on checks written?

My wife borrowed money (00) from a friend of hers and had pre wrote checks in 0 increments dated on her pay periods to pay her back. Then my wife lost her job and couldn’t come up with the funds to pay her friend back. I tried to come up with a payment plan we could handle but she wasn’t having it and wanted the full amount immediately. So she sued my wife and won obviously, for about 00 since I paid her 00 already. My wife is still with out work and this woman threatened to pay her the full remaining amount in 15 days or she will take our stuff and pursue criminal charges on the bad checka. The women is being very difficult and since I am not on the account with my wife I am not liable. But Can she come take our stuff, we really have nothing of real value (TV? Washer and dryer? What can she take). Also can she be charged with criminal charges and end up in jail or something? We just don’t have the money to pay her immediately like she wants.

now pay attention…I was robbed, called the cops,they aressted a guy they seen by my house on a warrant,when i asked them if they were going to take my report and dust for prints they laughed and said they were about off duty so i told them i would just call another cop and report it,whenthey left i went to the store and called another on the way on the way back they must of found out and came up behind me as i pulled into my drive.When i got out the one cop started brutilizing me and cuffed me and threw me on the ground, with my brother watching, when i asked if i was under aresst i wasn’t answered, when i asked what i did i wasn’t answered and because i have to have hip replacements i moved to be in less pain and cop put his hands on my shoulders and pushed till he crushed my vertabrea and i had a 50% loss in height of vertabrea, causing me to have to have a cement substance put in my spine. They wrote as many tickets that they could think of but non of them stood up in court .

My friend is 16 and works at a fast food place, on two occasions employees aged 20 and 21 asked her if she wanted to hang out only to immediately ask her to have sex before they even got to hang out. Shes currently depressed, I’m really pissed off and unsure of what i should suggest she should do.

Id tell her to sue but shes the kind of person who would just let things go, if she where to sue who should it be direct to and would she get anything out of it?

know any good personal injury lawyer’s in ATX?
I don’t know that my attorney’s getting a clear msg as to what my case actually in tells for it to be even close to a victory. I was walking to a friends to go to work on the shoulder of I35 and was hit by a stripper. Her car was totaled out so needless to say my health is permanently GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m more than a little BITTER about having a permanent change in how I HAVE TO MOVE MY BODY !! I’m a 26 year old guy with a Cain and 0,000 thousand dollars worth of surgery. The little 30K that my lawyer is content with isn’t going do anything for me in 20 years when my hip goes out because I walk wrong, cant run, lost my strength, health all that you would imagine. I was in ICU for 10 day’. I had to re learn how to do everything from walk to brushing my teeth to shaving all over. PERMANENT DAMAGES! I feel like ICU alone is a K a day section of the hospital to be in. I was there 10days= (100K)! that’s a better than settling FOR THE SURE 50K the girls insurance has is obligated to. hitnrune@yahoo.com
