mva accident not my fault 60 miles and hour interstate sideswiped me spun me out like 4 times it was raining he was cited for unsafe lanechange. I went to emergency room treated for a concussion cervical sprain and lower back sprain. 2 days later I had just gotten out of the dentist for a check up right before accident. 2 front teeth were knocked loose will need to tighted up over a month or two have to go in for mri’s next week so far I have had to go the the er and dentist 2 and chiropractors 4 times a week for a month my chiro says I at least need another four months for my back shoulder is a different story… what kind of settlement am I looking at they fixed my car 00 my med bills are up too 7,000 right now it has only been a month I cant work because I work in construction and I was paid under the table so I can’t claim lost wages I need money and need to get back to work this is killing me what would be a good settlement range?

i was hired in a diff dept at wk 1 yr ago, they added a diff task to my job descript and i consenquently got injured. almost 9 mo.s later, still hurt (alot) still under wks comp, still no actually dx, Doc said on Thurs that he believes my shoulder is now "Frozen". may need maj surgery. Can i sue for neligence, for not having others share responsibility? (They have same job title as I do)? Also where do I go for an Attorney who works on Consignment?

i got injur last july, after 1 yr on new job assign, now i’ve been there 18 mo.
let me add more details. i’m a clerk in a maj hosp. one of three. the extra task was to stock beside proc carts. there are 10. on wheels, but very heavy. other two clerks refused, since i wanted the tras very bad i agreed not thinking it would be very hard to do. each shift i was then req to do all ten, as well as my other duties (same as other 2 crks). i felt alot of pressure from Staff, and neg feedback if I didn’t get them finished in a timely manner, even when we had alot of admits. i feel this should have been a shared duty, maybe then i wouldn’t have gotten hurt. i also feel that my position should’t have been altered unless it was changed for ALL clerks, present and future. Also workers comp was denied, then picked up/still haven’t gotten the right dx. have had six dx so far. thanks.

My daughter shattered her arm in an auto accident last weekend (Friday) and had surgery a week later (Friday) to fix it. She was the passenger in the car. She does not have any health insurance. The police report states that due to conflicting stories, they cannot place who was at fault. But I was able to obtain a CD from a service station that had the accident on tape. The other party turned in front of my daughter while they both had a green light. After asking around to friends and family, nobody knows of a good attorney for me to contact! I’m looking for all of her medical bills to be paid, as well as lost wages. Has anybody had success with a certain lawyer or know of a good one I can call? I would really like a referral instead of just picking one out of the phone book. Thanks!

I got in an accident riding passenger in a car, it got totaled and I have 3 bulging discs in my back, granted I am 19 years old and my ATV riding is over with, also I can’t have any kind of labor job due to the discs in my back, the insurance company is offering me ,000 but my unpaid hospitol bills will take half of that. I just need some advice on where to go from here and what would be best.

which is in Southern California on my behalf back in 2003 for personal injury against the City County and Sheriffs Department of that county. The reason was due to an injury I sustained while being arrested, my hand became numb due to a handcuff injury (handcuffs were placed on to tight, I even have a scar), I saw two orthopedic doctors and all one did was take xrays and said he found no permanent damage, the other said he concurred with the first.
The lawyer could not do anything because the doctors supposedly found nothing, so I left it at that.
I however continue to suffer from a numb hand, its my right hand, there is also weakness when I try to carry something heavy or try making a fist.
I really think the doctors lied and didnt want to get involved because it was a suit against the local police and city and county. I think I made a mistake and should have seeked a lawyer and doctor from out of town.
My question is this, I know there is a 2 years statute of limitations
for filing a suit, does this apply to doing anything at all? reason is I did file a complaint withing the right time, however nothing came about it, can I reopen the case or have another attorney take over since it was never closed?

Why does he continue to send letters to my insurance company, the defendant’s carrier and to my physicians indicating that he represents me, "Heather White," in this case, when I’m a guy… Is it too much to ask that he at least know the name of his client?
